Urban Decay: being in the state of dilapidation
in a far-away corner of Bulgaria, there sits, next to the Rila Monastery, a lonely decrepit old building in a state of decay.
maybe it was a hotel, or a restaurant - its original purpose now obfuscated by years of neglect.
no one ever visits this treasure of muted colours and interesting patterns, as it collects antique litter and slowly, slowly falls to the earth to return to whence it came.
some would say that it is dead. not so! it is alive with dilapidation!
