the Tree
sometimes something so captivates me that i'm transfixed
it's usually something that has indescribable character and/or beauty
something that must be captured from all angles and allowed to
express its different moods. the Tree was one of these somethings

reaching out
the Tree reaches out for easy pastels which hint at undiscovered energy
subtlecolorshading
subtler yellows, oranges, tans and browns evoke a sleepy mood
focus point
sharp focus on the Tree against the striking blue/white of the sea below
through the looking glass
the Tree mimics the lines of the weather beaten rock in the distance
